This is one of my first attempts at this type of frame as well. It was inspired by seeing the "Framed Floral Background Set" by JoJo. Please visit and have a look at it by clicking here. When I was having trouble with the coding, she was very nice in helping me try to figure it out. She has a lovely site that I hope you will take the time to visit. I know that if it wasn't for people like her who are so helpful, I would never have learned what I know about PSP as quickly as I did. The font used is "Formal Script 421BT" and the text colour is "#435C6B". Please check out view-source for my coding as well, because it is a little different than the one you will see on the floral background tutorial. You will need to save the top image, frame middle, and the frame bottom plus the outside background tile. The inside one is just added as an extra. You don't really need it for this set.
