All that is really needed here are the upper and lower curved images and the outside darker tile and the inside lighter tile for the background. The buttons and welcome are the extras that you can add along with your own text. The font used on the buttons is Palette D, size 28 and the blade pro is "dh pinkpewter". There is a tile of the paler background colour.
