All that is really needed here are the upper and lower curved images and the outside pale tile and the inside purple tile for the background. The buttons and welcome are the extras that you can add along with your own text. The font used on the buttons is Dobkin, size 26 and the bladepro is "gg-pearl breeze". There is a tile of both background colours.
