This is a set I made after experimenting with some filters for the outer and inner sections. The middle is an original tile made by Jane Braz. Please visit her site for a wonderful host of treasures she has to offer. The font is called "New Berolina" and the bladepro used is "Purplenight". The font used to make the button is called "Buttonbutton". Since I am still a novice at all this as well, you can check out the source to see how the page has been laid out.
