This is a set I partially made after experimenting with some filters . The texture tile for the background came from Renfield Imaging. Please visit the site for a wonderful array of texture treasures on display. The font is called "Greeting Monotone". With this set, you could also switch the outer and middle tiles for an alternate look. Since I am still a novice at all this as well, you can check out the source to see how the page has been laid out.
