I am going to just show you how you can take any picture and do this and I have three more samples below. Click on the original to see the finished effects. Please make sure you click on Santa at the end for another little one of "my hints".             I hope after looking at this tutorial overview, you will also experiment with these two filters. Quick Tile is definitely one I use with any graphics image I make so it becomes a seamless tile for my websets. Depending on the image you choose and the settings you come up with, every result will be different. Have fun with it and experiment. That is a problem I personally have to overcome. I love following others' tutorials and am never quite confident enough to experiment myself. Dee's tutorial helped me this time to play and discover new effects I can use in my other work.
